Leading a team of three through a navigation redeployment that cut P95/P99 latency by over 60%. I reorganised the headless CMS so international markets build their own pages, ending dev-team content requests within two weeks, built a CLI tool that cut batch link updates from hours to minutes, and introduced a Vitest suite adopted org-wide through mandatory PR checks.
