Navigation redesign
I led a team of three developers on a full rebuild of the main navigation on dojo.tech, the part of the site every visitor uses to find their way around.

Sky
Button redesign across Sky
I led the redesign and migration of button styles across the Sky ecosystem, including NowTV, Peacock and SkyShowtime, managing the rollout so the new designs landed without regressions.

Regional Sports Networks ZIP code search
On Peacock, the networks you can add depend on where you live. I built the first shared GraphQL layer in Sky's OTT department to power the ZIP code search. You enter your home ZIP code, the GraphQL layer fetches the packages available there, and the frontend shows the matching networks and prices.

Automated season and episode listings
Season and episode listings for every show used to be curated by hand in the CMS. I moved them over to GraphQL, so each page now pulls in its seasons and episodes automatically.

User research showed key details about hyped launches weren't prominent enough. The redesign put launch dates front and centre and blended product imagery into a new card layout, then spread imagery down the product page to keep people engaged until they entered the draw.
River Island
Styling framework and redesign
I headed up a styling framework for River Island's developers, with training alongside it. A simpler, AB-tested navigation with fixed behaviour on scroll was one of the most visible changes.
Kriya (formerly MarketInvoice)
Rebrand and UI library
A rebrand was the chance to move a FinTech site off AngularJS and onto React and Next.js, with a Storybook component library that made the UI reusable and easier to manage.

Leading a team of three through a navigation redeployment that cut P95/P99 latency by over 60%, opening up the headless CMS so international markets self-serve, and owning CI/CD on GitHub Actions, Kubernetes and GCP.
